Key Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
Specialized experience in aluminium glazing and facade construction.
Proven track record as a project engineer or site supervisor on high-rise buildings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/engineering software.
Thorough understanding of facade materials, glass types, and fixing systems.
Ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients on-site.
Strong site management skills to ensure construction follows design specs.
Commitment to occupational health and safety standards on construction sites.
Experience in quality control and inspection of facade installations.
Effective communication and leadership skills for managing site labor.
