ALUMINIUM & FACADE PROJECT ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR @ ROYAL STAFFING
Royal Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aluminium & Facade Project Engineer or Site Supervisor to join a dynamic international team for upcoming projects in Tanzania. This role is ideal for professionals with significant experience in the execution of complex facade systems, including aluminium and glass structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring that all technical specifications are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle. In this position, you will work closely with architectural and engineering teams to translate designs into structural reality. You will supervise on-site personnel, coordinate material deliveries, and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture or a related engineering field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within the Aluminium, Glass, or Facade industry.
Proven track record in project execution and site supervision for large-scale facade projects.
Strong technical understanding of aluminium systems, glazing techniques, and glass installation.
Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and technical specifications accurately.
Proficiency in project management software and basic CAD tools for reviewing site adjustments.
Excellent coordination skills to manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
Strict commitment to international safety standards and quality control protocols on-site.
Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and design conflicts during the installation phase.
Willingness to relocate or work internationally in Tanzania for the duration of the project.
