SALES EXECUTIVE @ ROYAL SPORTS UGANDA
Royal Sports Uganda is looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our footprint across the East African market, specifically targeting schools, sports academies, and government organizations. This role demands a high level of confidence in field sales and a strategic approach to relationship building and business growth.
The position is based in Uganda and requires the candidate to travel to Sonde as part of their duties. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts with sports clubs and event organizers, and ensuring the Royal Sports brand becomes a household name in the sports industry. Final selections will be completed by the first week of June for a start date in July 2026.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the sportswear industry.
Proven track record in field sales and achieving revenue targets.
Established network with local schools and sports academies.
Existing connections within government organizations and sports clubs.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with event organizers and institutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel frequently to Sonde and other regions as required.
Passion for sports and deep knowledge of the sports business landscape in East Africa.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and leads.
