Roxico888 is looking for an energetic and creative Media Operations Specialist to join our team in Tanzania. In this role, you will manage and operate the company’s official Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and WhatsApp accounts, ensuring regular publication of posts, promotional graphics, and short videos. You will be the voice of our brand, responding to comments and direct messages while maintaining strong relationships with followers and potential customers.
Beyond daily content management, you will build and maintain connections with Tanzanian influencers, bloggers, and KOLs to coordinate brand collaboration campaigns. You will support company branding activities by planning and executing online promotional campaigns and analyzing performance data to optimize engagement. Key Requirements
Proficient in major social media platforms and familiar with African social media trends and online culture
Existing local influencer, blogger, or KOL network with previous collaboration experience is highly preferred
Ability to shoot and edit short videos and independently create promotional content
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Responsible, organized, and able to complete social media updates and influencer coordination tasks on time
Previous experience in media operations, social media management, or digital marketing is an advantage
High proficiency in English and Swahili to engage effectively with local audiences
Strategic thinking to align social media activities with broader brand objectives
Ability to analyze social media metrics and performance data for regular reporting
Creativity in developing viral content ideas and engagement strategies
