Roxico888 is looking for a creative and results-driven Brand Strategy Specialist to join our growing team in Tanzania. In this strategic role, you will develop and manage the company’s brand positioning and overall image, planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns. You will conduct market and competitor research to ensure our brand remains competitive and resonates with the local audience.
You will oversee promotional content to ensure visual brand consistency and coordinate project implementation while evaluating campaign performance metrics. Your goal will be to enhance the company’s visibility and influence in the Tanzanian market. This position requires someone with a creative mindset and strong project management skills who is comfortable working in an international environment with cross-cultural communication needs.

Key Requirements
Experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related fields
Ability to independently develop marketing and branding plans
Strong understanding of the local Tanzanian market and consumer behavior
Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English
Creative mindset with strong coordination and project management skills
Familiarity with overseas social media platforms and the African market is an advantage
Proficiency in market research techniques and data analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strategic thinking to enhance brand visibility and influence
Excellent presentation skills to communicate strategies to stakeholders
