VACUUM INJECTION MOLDING TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST @ ROXICO INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LIMITED
Roxico Industrial Company Limited is seeking a Vacuum Injection Molding Technology Specialist to be based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This role involves the commissioning and setup of vacuum blistering production lines and the installation of molds for optimal performance. The specialist will work to optimize process parameters to improve efficiency and maintain high product quality standards through consistent monitoring.
The position also requires conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment. You will collaborate closely with production planning teams to meet daily targets. Apprentices are also welcome to apply, with training provided by experienced technical instructors to help you grow within the appliance manufacturing and plastic molding sector.

Key Requirements
Diploma or degree in Construction Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of vacuum-forming processes.
Knowledge of positive and negative forming techniques.
Ability to independently operate and adjust production equipment.
Proven skills in resolving production issues and troubleshooting.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and stable in professional performance.
Prior experience in appliance manufacturing or plastic molding factories is an advantage.
Ability to install and adjust molds for optimal performance.
Capacity to commission and set up vacuum blistering production lines.
Strong team collaboration skills to meet production targets.
