Roxico Industrial Company Limited is expanding and looking for talented Refrigerator Equipment Engineers (2 Positions) to join our dynamic production team in Dar es Salaam. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for machinery, troubleshooting, and improving production efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
The daily responsibilities include managing the operation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment, specifically focusing on foaming, vacuum forming, assembly, and injection molding machinery. You will troubleshoot faults, minimize downtime, and drive technical improvements. Maintenance record-keeping and supporting operators to ensure safe and efficient operations are also key components of this role.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of automated machinery and circuit systems.
Understanding of mechanical systems and pneumatics.
Experience in the refrigerator or home appliance industry is a plus.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work in shifts as per production needs.
Experience with vacuum forming or injection molding equipment.
Ability to maintain accurate maintenance and spare parts records.
Responsible attitude with strong adaptability to factory environments.
