FOAMING TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST / PU FOAMING SPECIALIST (2 POSITIONS) @ ROXICO INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LIMITED
Roxico Industrial Company Limited is expanding its production team and is looking for talented professionals to join as Foaming Technology Specialists. The primary focus of this role is to operate and optimize PU foaming machines for efficient production while ensuring strict product quality standards. You will be responsible for adjusting raw material ratios and process parameters to prevent defects such as shrinkage, voids, or cracks. This position is located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
In addition to technical operations, the role involves performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintaining 5S standards within the factory. We also welcome apprentices with no prior experience as we provide hands-on training and one-on-one mentorship. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Basic understanding of industrial and mechanical systems.
Experience in PU foaming, injection molding, or the plastics/rubber industry.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and adaptable to factory operations.
Ability to operate and optimize PU foaming machinery.
Skills in adjusting raw material ratios and process parameters.
Capacity to diagnose and resolve product defects such as shrinkage and voids.
Knowledge of routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Commitment to maintaining strict safety regulations and 5S standards.
