Roxico Industrial Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our leadership team in Dar es Salaam. This is a key role responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and strengthening the company’s financial performance. The successful candidate will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring full compliance with Tanzanian tax laws and financial regulations.
You will be responsible for managing cash flow, cost control, and financial risk. Additionally, you will develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and coordinate audits with external authorities. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
CPA or ACCA certification is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Previous experience in leadership or management positions.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS).
In-depth understanding of tax regulations in Tanzania.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
High level of integrity and extreme attention to detail.
