Key Requirements
Tanzanian national with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of proven accounting experience within the Tanzania market.
Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a strong advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern accounting systems.
High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end financial management and closing processes.
Strong analytical skills for cost control, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication skills for providing actionable insights to senior management and coordinating audits.
