Roselle Foods is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our production facility in Dar es Salaam. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire manufacturing lifecycle, from the initial intake of fresh farm produce through processing, freezing, and final distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, driving integrated operational planning, and ensuring that our high-quality goods meet the expectations of our consumers while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the food manufacturing or processing industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of production planning methodologies and food safety management systems.
Exceptional leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and develop a diverse workforce.
Prior experience utilizing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for operational management.
Strong proficiency in data analytics for monitoring KPIs such as productivity, wastage, and efficiency.
Demonstrated ability to lead demand forecasting and capacity planning to balance consumer requirements.
Expertise in establishing and enforcing robust operational policies and governance frameworks.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, procurement, and quality departments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to report performance insights to senior management.
