Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically within the food manufacturing or processing industry.
Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies and food safety systems.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop operations teams in a factory setting.
Experience working with ERP systems for operational tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and report on key operational KPIs like productivity and wastage.
Capability to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
In-depth understanding of health and safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting and capacity planning.
