Roline Prosper is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Officer to join our dynamic team within the furniture manufacturing industry. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
Relevant professional certification in Finance or Accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a significant advantage
A minimum of 5 years of progressive working experience in a relevant financial role, preferably within the manufacturing sector
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
Proven problem-solving skills to address financial challenges effectively and proactively
Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding environment
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
High level of integrity and ethical conduct
