Key Requirements
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Professional certification such as CFA or ACCA is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and corporate strategy.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare market landscape.
Ability to lead large-scale strategic initiatives and corporate transformations.
Excellent interpersonal skills for advising executive leadership.
Proficiency in financial modeling and strategic forecasting tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams across Finance and HR functions.
