PROJECT MANAGER - CAPITAL PROJECTS & CONSTRUCTION @ ROAR CAPITAL
The Project Manager for Capital Projects & Construction is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing major construction initiatives from inception to completion. The successful candidate will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all works meet approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes the management of various contractors and consultants to maintain project momentum and technical excellence. The manager will oversee diverse technical aspects such as civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), fire safety, and infrastructure works. Maintaining high standards of project governance is essential, with a focus on risk management, cost control, and regular reporting. The role requires a deep understanding of safety and statutory requirements to ensure that all site activities are compliant with national regulations and industry best practices. Through effective supervision and leadership, the Project Manager will drive the successful realization of the company's capital infrastructure goals.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
Professional registration or certification in engineering or project management.
Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial construction and project management.
Strong leadership skills and experience in contractor management.
High level of commercial and project governance awareness.
Proven ability to manage civil, MEP, fire safety, and finishing works.
Expertise in project planning, supervision, and timely delivery.
Advanced skills in budget management and cost control reporting.
Knowledge of safety, statutory, and technical compliance requirements.
Strong risk management and strategic project oversight capabilities.
