PRODUCT INNOVATION MANAGER @ ROAR CAPITAL
The Product Innovation Manager at Roar Capital will be responsible for driving the entire lifecycle of new product development, from initial ideation and comprehensive market research through to prototyping and successful launch. This dynamic role involves developing and executing an innovation roadmap, as well as maintaining an innovation portfolio that tracks emerging technologies and customer insights. The manager will oversee the end-to-end product journey, leading multidisciplinary teams to build and launch products effectively. Furthermore, strong collaboration with legal and compliance departments will be essential to ensure regulatory adherence throughout the development process. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
6+ years of proven experience in product management
Strong execution skills to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on schedule and within budget
Experience in developing and executing innovation roadmaps
Ability to maintain an innovation portfolio tracking emerging technologies and customer insights
Proficiency in managing the end-to-end product journey
Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary teams for product builds and launches
Capability to collaborate effectively with legal and compliance departments
Skills in business case modeling and financial tracking
Ability to translate complex data into actionable product features
