OPERATIONS MANAGER @ ROAR CAPITAL
ROAR CAPITAL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining warehouse and inventory management, procurement, raw material planning, and logistics. This role is pivotal in ensuring that shipment management and fleet operations are executed efficiently, while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards within Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory systems, fleet management, and warehouse operations.
Proven experience working with regulatory authorities in Tanzania.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to manage procurement and raw material planning.
Experience in logistics and international shipment management.
Ability to coordinate fixed assets and financial reporting within an operations context.
Excellent communication skills for managing drivers and cross-functional teams.
