Roar Capital is seeking a highly skilled HR Director to join our team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily Human Resources administrative operations across the entire group. This includes managing employee records, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with internal HR policies.
The HR Director will play a vital role in shaping our organizational culture by managing onboarding and induction programs, supporting payroll administration, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. The ideal candidate will be based in Dar es Salaam and will be instrumental in implementing effective internal controls and procedures to support the company's growth within the construction sector.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations.
Minimum of five years of professional experience in Human Resources administration or operations.
At least two years of proven experience in a managerial role specifically within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment coordination and talent acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in maintaining employee records and robust filing systems.
Experience in payroll administration and support.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and implementation of internal controls.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee relations.
Ability to manage complex administrative workflows and correspondence.
Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding and induction activities effectively.
