FRONT DESK AGENT @ ROAR CAPITAL
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of Roar Capital, providing a warm welcome to guests arriving in Zanzibar. You will manage the entire check-in and check-out process, handle room assignments, and ensure that all guest records are accurately maintained in the system. Beyond administrative duties, you will act as a concierge, providing information about local attractions and ensuring guest needs are met promptly. Your professionalism and attention to detail will be key to maintaining the high service standards Roar Capital is known for.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role in the hotel industry.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and guest complaints professionally.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Swahili.
Professional personal appearance and grooming standards.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and cash handling.
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
Knowledge of local attractions and tours in Zanzibar.
