FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER @ ROAR CAPITAL
Roar Capital is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining and beverage operations in Zanzibar. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the F&B department, including staff management, menu development, and financial performance, ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class dining experience. This role requires a leader who can balance administrative duties with floor presence, mentoring staff to provide exceptional service. You will work to optimize inventory, manage supplier relationships, and ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or F&B Management.
At least 5 years of management experience in a high-volume F&B environment.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage trends.
Proven track record in cost control and revenue maximization.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality guest service.
Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
