The Fintech Partnership Lead at Roar Capital will be critical in driving revenue growth and expanding the product portfolio through strategic alliances. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and meticulously managing partnerships within the fintech ecosystem. Key responsibilities include partner acquisition and deal making, serving as the primary liaison for key partners to foster strong relationships, and orchestrating go-to-market strategies by developing joint value propositions. The successful candidate will also engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration and monitor performance metrics to track the success of these partnerships. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, banking or a related field
5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships in fintech, banking, or payments sectors
Deep industry knowledge of the fintech landscape
Strong capability in structuring complex commercial agreements
Proficiency in financial modeling and contract negotiations
Exceptional communication skills for effective relationship-building
Demonstrated ability in Go-To-Market (GTM) orchestration
Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Skilled in performance tracking and metric monitoring for partnerships
Ability to drive partner acquisition and deal making
