The F&B Supervisor at Roar Capital plays a vital role in the daily success of our dining outlets in Zanzibar. You will supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring that service is efficient, professional, and friendly at all times. You will assist the manager in training new employees and maintaining high operational standards. Your responsibilities also include monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise during service. By maintaining a positive work environment and lead-by-example attitude, you will help the team achieve service excellence and operational targets.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity within F&B.
Strong operational knowledge of restaurant and bar service.
Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff members.
Excellent communication skills and a guest-centric attitude.
Ability to resolve conflicts and handle guest feedback.
Familiarity with inventory management and ordering.
High standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Ability to work long hours and under pressure.
Competency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Basic understanding of financial reporting for F&B outlets.
