ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY @ ROAR CAPITAL
Roar Capital is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our construction division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of electrical systems, including planning, design, installation, testing, and commissioning for various construction and engineering projects.
In addition to technical execution, the engineer will ensure high standards of quality assurance and health and safety compliance across all job sites. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, cost control management, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure project success.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Registered with the Engineering Registration Board (ERB) or eligible for registration.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Project software.
Strong skills in electrical installation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical maintenance protocols.
Experience in project planning and cost estimation.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain high Health, Safety & Environment standards.
