Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree in business, or management.
8-12 years' experience in IT, technology, business, marketing, or finance-related fields.
An understanding of concepts such as AI, machine learning, and cognitive computing.
Adaptive thinking and a strong, critical mindset.
Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
Highly proficient at project planning, budgeting, and oversight.
Proven ability to lead and mentor innovation teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Experience in developing and implementing long-term strategic plans.
