Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Transport and logistic management, or a related field
Previous experience of 5 years in Logistic and Transport or a similar role preferred
Good knowledge of handling drivers and fleet management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and Word
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment
Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise operational staff
Ability to solve complex logistical problems under pressure
Familiarity with local transportation laws and regulations
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
