As a Fleet Incharge, you will be responsible for supervising drivers, monitoring vehicle performance, and maintaining accurate records using MS Office software. You will serve as the primary point of contact for fleet-related issues, requiring excellent communication and organizational capabilities. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Transport and logistic management, or a related field
Previous experience in Logistic and Transport or a similar role preferred
Good knowledge of handling drivers
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Experience in tracking and analyzing fuel consumption and operational costs
Sound understanding of local transportation laws and safety regulations
Proven leadership skills to mentor and supervise a diverse group of drivers
Analytical mindset for route planning and logistical efficiency improvements
