RK Manufacturing Ltd is seeking to hire 2-3 dedicated and trustworthy Motorcycle Salesmen to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for distributing our range of products efficiently across various territories using company-provided motorcycles, ensuring consistent brand visibility and market penetration.
This role involves active field sales, including visiting retail shops and establishing strong relationships with existing and new customers. You will be expected to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate financial records for all transactions. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to safety, proper maintenance of company assets, and timely reporting of market feedback to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Requirements
Hold a valid motorcycle driving license
Proven experience in sales using a motorcycle
Strong communication and customer service skills
High level of integrity, discipline, and responsibility
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Excellent knowledge of Dar es Salaam city geography
Availability to start work immediately
Ability to manage cash collections accurately
Good organizational skills for route planning
Basic knowledge of product handling and inventory management
