The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality espresso, coffee, and specialty beverages while maintaining rigorous hygiene standards and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment. Key Requirements
1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in F&B/Café service.
Hands-on knowledge of espresso machines and commercial grinders.
Proficiency in latte art and specialty coffee preparation.
Good spoken English communication skills for customer interaction.
Age between 21 and 35 years old.
Must possess a valid Kenyan passport.
Must be medically fit for international employment.
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong customer focus and a presentable professional appearance.
Basic knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
