IT INFRASTRUCTURE & NETWORK LEAD @ RISEUP LABS
The IT Infrastructure & Network Lead will be responsible for overseeing the company's entire technology infrastructure, including network architecture, servers, cloud services, and security protocols. This leadership role involves strategic planning, team management, budget control, and ensuring high availability and performance of all IT systems globally. This is a critical position within our growing global tech team, focusing on maintaining a robust and scalable environment to support innovation. This is a crucial role for maintaining our remote operational backbone.
Key Requirements
Extensive experience managing complex IT infrastructure and network environments.
Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall management.
Proven experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience implementing and managing security systems and protocols.
Ability to perform capacity planning and performance tuning.
Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP).
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
