TRADE MARKETING MANAGER @ RINA (UNIVERSAL HUNT RECRUITMENT)
The Trade Marketing Manager will lead strategic initiatives for a prominent FMCG company operating across East Africa. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between brand management and sales, requiring a professional who can expertly manage Trade Marketing, Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), and Digital Marketing functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility and driving volume growth within both the Food and Non-Food categories across various regional markets.

Key Requirements
MBA (Marketing) from a reputed B-School or equivalent institution.
10-12 years of professional experience specifically in Trade Marketing.
Extensive experience working within the FMCG industry (Foods and Non-Foods categories).
Proven expertise in managing Above the Line (ATL) marketing functions.
Strong track record in executing Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategy and implementation.
Previous experience working within the East Africa region is a distinct advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale marketing budgets and resources.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
Excellent leadership qualities with experience managing diverse teams.
