Rightway Schools is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Nursery Teachers to join our academic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education, fostering a nurturing learning environment, and implementing innovative teaching techniques that align with our institutional values.

Key Requirements
Diploma in education or higher qualification
At least 3 years of teaching experience
Fluent in spoken and written English
Proficiency in IT skills and integration of technology in teaching
Knowledge of Montessori methodology
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous professional development
Ability to prepare age-appropriate lesson plans
Understanding of child development principles
