ACCOUNTANT @ RIGHTWAY SCHOOLS
Rightway Schools is seeking an experienced, competent, and detail-oriented Accountant to join its Finance Department at the Dar es Salaam Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue management, financial record keeping, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and accounting standards.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the school's fiscal health, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will support the management team by providing clear financial insights and maintaining the integrity of our accounting practices within the Dar es Salaam campus environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Revenue Accountant in a busy office environment.
Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial records.
Proactive approach to problem-solving within financial operations.
Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Deep understanding of local financial regulations and tax compliance.
