TELESALES EXECUTIVES / CALLERS @ RGP PROPERTIES
We are looking for motivated Telesales Executives / Callers to join our sales team at RGP Properties. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our property consultants. Your ability to build rapport quickly and convey the value of our real estate services over the phone will be key to your success.
This position provides a fixed salary supplemented by a commission structure, rewarding your hard work and effectiveness in lead generation. Key Requirements
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a call center role.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
High level of motivation and resilience to handle high call volumes.
Basic understanding of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software.
Ability to work towards daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate lead records.
Native or professional-level proficiency in English.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
