Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai secondary property market and specific neighborhoods.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage and grow a portfolio of listings and clients.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Proficiency in using real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut) and CRM software.
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are an advantage.
