KEY ACCOUNT DEVELOPER @ REVOLUTIONARY BEVERAGES (REVBEV)
Revolutionary Beverages (RevBev) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Developer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving significant sales growth and increasing revenue within an assigned portfolio of key accounts. You will foster strong, lasting partnerships with key customers and decision-makers, ensuring our products maintain a prominent presence, visibility, and optimal distribution in key outlets.
Your core responsibilities will include achieving agreed sales objectives and business goals, working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delivery, and proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will also manage trade activities, support negotiations, promotions, and customer agreements, and continuously monitor market performance, including competitor activities and market trends, to strategize and drive sustained growth. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within the beverage or alcohol industry
Proven track record in B2B account management, strategic sales, or business development
Strong ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Demonstrated capability to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of competitive landscapes
