TRUCK BODY SECTION LEADER @ REVEURSE
Reveurse is seeking a dedicated Truck Body Section Leader to join our automotive manufacturing team. The primary focus of this role is to lead and supervise daily truck body production activities, ensuring that all production targets and delivery schedules are achieved on time without compromising quality. You will be responsible for allocating manpower, managing team performance, and monitoring production quality to ensure strict compliance with welding and process standards. The role involves identifying and resolving production issues, defects, and bottlenecks to maintain a smooth operational flow.
In addition to technical supervision, the Section Leader will promote workplace safety and enforce safety procedures and regulations throughout the workshop. You will be expected to train, coach, and develop employees to improve their productivity and skills. The position requires monitoring material usage, labor efficiency, and operational costs while maintaining proper workplace organization and equipment conditions. Possible work locations include Bagamoyo and the Msasani Village area in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The successful candidate will support continuous improvement initiatives and process changes to enhance overall efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements
College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive production or manufacturing supervision.
Proven experience in truck body or welding workshop operations is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of welding processes and manufacturing operations.
Strong understanding of production planning and quality control procedures.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving techniques.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach others.
Good analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve production bottlenecks.
Ability to monitor material usage, labor efficiency, and operational costs effectively.
Strong commitment to enforcing workplace safety procedures and regulations.
