PROGRAMMER @ REVEURSE
Reveurse is seeking a skilled Programmer to join our Logistics and Transportation team in Morogoro. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and maintaining sophisticated software applications tailored for complex logistics operations, including web, mobile, and desktop systems. A core focus of this role is the integration of critical systems such as GPS tracking, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Warehouse Management Platforms (WMS) to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Beyond development, the Programmer will be responsible for rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure maximum application reliability and performance. This role involves managing databases, creating insightful dashboards for operational support, and collaborating closely with end-users to identify and implement technology-driven improvements. Security is paramount; therefore, the candidate must ensure data protection and follow secure software development practices while providing comprehensive technical documentation and training to staff members.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional software development or application support.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
Experience working with relational databases like SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software testing methodologies.
Familiarity with specialized systems like ERP, GPS tracking, or Warehouse Management Systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional technology solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Capacity to prepare detailed technical documentation and provide user training/support.
