OPERATIONS MANAGER @ REVEURSE
REVEURSE is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager for our sports division based in Dar es Salaam. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that all events, coaching sessions, and maintenance tasks are executed according to our standard operating procedures. You will manage shift managers and front-of-house staff, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
Your mandate includes facility upkeep, inventory management, and coordinating complex event schedules. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader who can foster a collaborative environment, manage facility resources efficiently, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clients and members alike.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, sports, or facility management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to supervise and develop front-of-house staff.
Experience in managing facility cleanliness and maintenance schedules.
Competence in coordinating events and managing inventory.
Knowledge of SOP implementation and quality standards.
Strong decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet organizational goals.
