IT MANAGER @ REVEURSE
REVEURSE is seeking a strategic IT Manager for our manufacturing operations in Dar es Salaam. You will be tasked with leading our IT strategy, overseeing the design and maintenance of our network infrastructure, and ensuring the absolute security and availability of our data. This role is pivotal in driving our technological roadmap and ensuring that our manufacturing processes are supported by robust, high-performing systems.
In this role, you will manage LAN/WAN architectures, VPN connections, and implement proactive cybersecurity measures to protect organizational assets. You will also be responsible for developing technical policies, providing expert-level support to the team, and ensuring that our IT operations are fully aligned with the requirements of our production facility.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressive IT experience.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management practices.
Experience managing LAN/WAN, VPNs, and connectivity systems.
Strong leadership capabilities in technical environments.
Experience in developing and enforcing IT policies.
Ability to manage technical infrastructure and hardware lifecycle.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Security+.
Ability to provide hands-on technical support to staff.
