HR OUTSOURCING OFFICER @ REVEURSE
REVEURSE is currently looking for a diligent and experienced HR Outsourcing Officer to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This position involves overseeing outsourced employees across various client sites, ensuring full compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Tanzanian labor laws. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for site supervisors and client representatives to manage operational efficiency and employee relations.
The HR Outsourcing Officer will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including daily attendance monitoring, payroll preparation, and performance management. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, capable of handling disciplinary procedures, and skilled at coordinating complex HR processes. You will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our workforce and maintaining professional standards across all assigned client locations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR, employee relations, HR outsourcing, or site-based HR administration.
Practical experience in managing outsourced or deployed employees across client sites.
Good knowledge of Tanzania labour laws, employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and statutory HR requirements.
Experience in attendance, timesheet payroll data, leave, overtime, and employee records management.
Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance issues, and workplace conflicts.
Strong ability to coordinate with clients, site supervisors, and internal management.
Strong reporting, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for payroll administration.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional integrity in all HR dealings.
