Reveurse, a leading HR consulting firm in Dar es Salaam, is seeking a dedicated HR Outsourcing Officer to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of outsourced staff, ensuring seamless recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employment management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining meticulous employee records, monitoring attendance, and ensuring full compliance with contract terms and organizational policies. Beyond administrative tasks, the HR Outsourcing Officer will oversee payroll processing, coordinate statutory deductions, and manage employee benefits programs. The role involves handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and providing essential HR support to maintain a positive work environment. You will also conduct performance evaluations, build strong client relationships, and ensure all activities comply with Tanzania's labor laws and regulatory requirements from OSHA, FIRE, and NEMC. The position requires a candidate who can work independently while supervising team activities and submitting regular client reports.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management. Prior experience specifically in HR outsourcing or employee relations is highly preferred. Deep understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and general HR best practices. Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment and onboarding processes. Proven skills in payroll administration and managing statutory deductions. Ability to manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills for client follow-ups and relationship management. Professional HR certification is considered an added advantage.
