EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT @ REVEURSE
REVEURSE is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Group Executive in Dar es Salaam. The role involves managing complex schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring that all strategic projects and business initiatives are executed efficiently. The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and relationship management. The position requires a professional who can monitor urgent communications, track deadlines, and conduct thorough research for briefing materials. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing business documents, attending meetings to track action points, and identifying potential risks or delays in project execution. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a corporate or law firm environment.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in an Executive Assistant or similar senior support role.
Prior experience within a law firm or corporate professional services environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with digital collaboration tools and modern office software.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
