The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling complex corporate matters, advising clients, and ensuring regulatory compliance across a variety of sectors. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law (LL. B) from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate and commercial law practice.
Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
Experience in client advisory services on corporate legal matters.
Prior experience in supervising or leading a legal team.
Strong understanding of Tanzanian corporate laws, labor laws, commercial laws, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
