CLEARING & FORWARDING OFFICER @ REVEURSE
We are hiring a Clearing & Forwarding Officer to manage our logistics and customs operations in Dar es Salaam. You will handle the full cycle of customs and shipping documentation, coordinate cargo clearance processes, and manage bonded warehouse operations. This role is essential to our transportation strategy, requiring meticulous attention to detail to ensure legal compliance and smooth cargo movement.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining comprehensive customs and inventory records, preparing detailed shipment reports, and liaising with external customs authorities. You must possess a strong understanding of international trade laws and local logistics regulations to effectively mitigate any delays in our supply chain operations.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs, or related field.
At least 2 years of clearing and forwarding experience.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Deep knowledge of customs procedures and shipping regulations.
Experience managing bonded warehouse operations.
Ability to prepare accurate shipment and clearance reports.
Proficiency in logistics software and record-keeping systems.
Effective at problem-solving during transit delays.
Ability to work effectively with government agencies and stakeholders.
Strong ethical standards and integrity in documentation.
