Key Requirements
Proven experience in refrigeration or shopfitting sales within the UAE market.
Confidently handle negotiation, pricing strategies, and deal-closing procedures.
Demonstrated ability to acquire new business and expand existing key accounts.
Strong target-driven mindset with a focus on high performance and meeting KPIs.
Must possess a valid United Arab Emirates driving license.
Excellent communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
Ability to manage projects from design phase through installation and after-sales service.
Technical understanding of commercial refrigeration systems and retail equipment.
