BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING MANAGER – LOGISTICS @ RELENTLESS LOGISTICS LTD
Relentless Logistics Ltd is looking for a dynamic Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive growth and expand our footprint across East and Central Africa. This role is centered on developing and executing marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities in import and export logistics. You will be tasked with building long-term client relationships, managing tenders, and conducting market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors in the regional shipping industry.
The successful candidate will support our regional expansion efforts into markets including Burundi, Rwanda, Zambia, DRC, and Malawi. Based in Dar es Salaam, you will work closely with management to identify strategic partnerships and close high-value deals. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of marketing expertise, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics landscape in Africa.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
An MBA or relevant advanced degree is considered a significant advantage.
Extensive knowledge of the logistics and shipping industry within the East African region.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex business deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
Experience in conducting market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Proven ability to manage tenders and coordinate with supplier partnerships.
Familiarity with regional markets including Burundi, Rwanda, Zambia, DRC, and Malawi.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive commercial and marketing strategies.
