Reignova Technologies is seeking a Data & AI Solutions Engineer to design and implement sophisticated data pipelines and AI-powered systems. This role is central to our mission of helping enterprises leverage data for strategic decision-making. You will work extensively with ETL/ELT processes, cloud data platforms, and modern generative AI tools, including LLMs and RAG systems, to build transformative business solutions.
You will be responsible for creating automation workflows and predictive models that translate raw data into actionable business insights. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that AI solutions are effectively integrated into business processes, driving efficiency and innovation across sectors like banking and telecommunications.

Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in data engineering or AI-driven solution design.
Expertise in designing and maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines.
Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and enterprise data warehousing.
Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Knowledge of generative AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG.
Ability to build automation workflows and predictive analytics models.
Skill in translating complex data sets into clear business insights.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Scala for data science.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and security principles.
