Our rates are transparent, ranging from 15,000 UGX for beginner roles to 100,000 UGX for top-quality expert finishes. In this role, you will be responsible for bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete finishing on various construction sites. We emphasize verified professionals and quality guaranteed workmanship. You will have the chance to demonstrate your skills in masonry while working in different districts across the country, ensuring that every structure built meets the high standards our clients expect.
Key Requirements
Experience in bricklaying, stone setting, or concrete finishing
Knowledge of different types of mortar and construction materials
Proficiency with masonry tools like trowels and levels
Ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately
Physical strength to lift and move heavy building materials
Keen eye for detail and precision in masonry work
Adherence to construction site safety protocols at all times
Ability to work collaboratively on diverse construction sites
Willingness to undergo supervision for trainee roles
Proven track record of quality finishes in masonry projects
