FULL STACK LEAD (VUE.JS + JAVA MICROSERVICES + GCP) @ REFOCUS WORLD
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Lead to spearhead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications. This role requires a professional with deep expertise across the front-end (Vue.js), back-end (Java Microservices), and cloud infrastructure (GCP). The ideal candidate will drive technical strategy, architect modern solutions, and ensure engineering excellence throughout the full software development lifecycle. Possible work locations for this onsite position include Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, and New York, NY.
The successful candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end delivery of full-stack applications, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability. You will be expected to present high-level design approaches, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes within an Agile team environment.

Key Requirements
Strong expertise in front-end development using Vue.js (Vue 2/3), Composition API, and Options API.
Extensive experience in back-end development with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Proven proficiency in designing and deploying cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
In-depth knowledge of GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery.
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable applications.
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure application reliability.
Ability to drive CI/CD pipelines and automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide junior and mid-level software engineers.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders on technical strategies and roadmaps.
Experience working in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and iterative delivery.
