REET Limited is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager (Operations & Maintenance) to join our client's team. The Operations Manager will take primary ownership of the maintenance function and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires a professional who can provide hands-on technical expertise, lead teams with confidence, and participate actively in strategic planning and financial oversight. You will be responsible for shaping the impact of maintenance operations while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, or Plant Engineering.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant hands-on maintenance or workshop experience.
At least 2-3 years in an operations or maintenance management or supervisory role.
Proven hands-on technical repair ability for complex machinery and vehicles.
Strong experience in training, coaching, and mentoring mechanics and technicians.
Demonstrated skills in planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost control.
Comprehensive understanding of safety, health, and environmental statutory standards.
Excellent leadership skills to manage and develop diverse technical teams.
Ability to analyze maintenance data and provide strategic operational recommendations.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on maximizing equipment uptime.
